		<description>You can&#039;t beat beets for versatility.  Grate them raw in salads, steam them to slice cold and pickle surplus.  Eat them as a hot vegetable with aioli or bake them in their skins.  Watch them turn Ems&#039; milk pink........... You know who I am. xx</description>
