even at the moment we are afflicted with the occasional visitor who doesn’t get the beauty of basking in the obsolete or bathing in the dated. Perhaps the introduction of an extensive VHS library up here (and we have one at Wellington Way the likes of which you could barely comprehend, all in super HD fuzzyvision) could finally sort the wheat from the chaff….

I blame Ted Philips for this VHS revival of yours. If I’m to spend 105 minutes staring at Connery’s red pouch, I want to do so in high definition. In fact, Blu Ray wouldn’t cut it. his crimson manhood demands a minimum resolution of 4K.

The Full Monty rule may need to be adapted for Americans as it wasn’t quite the household item over here. Not sure what the stateside equivalent is…
